Ingredients

Halo Top ice cream
, softened
6
whole graham crackers
Peanuts, coconut flakes, almond slivers, granola
, optional toppings
Instructions
Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper. Make sure it hangs over the sides for easy removal.
Spread the ice cream evenly in pan. Place in freezer and freeze until hard, about 1-2 hours.
Using the edges of the parchment paper, lift the ice cream on to a cutting board and cut into 6 squares.
Split graham crack in half. Sandwich the ice in between graham cracker and roll the sides in your favorite topping.
Refreeze for at least an hour and enjoy!
