This brownie recipe uses peanut butter and RITZ crackers to make a sweet and salty brownie recipe that everyone in my house loves.

Ingredients

  • 2 box Brownie Mix + ingredients listed on box
  • 10-15 RITZ crackers
  • 1 c Peter Pan® Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 c Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven according to package instructions.
  • Mix brownies up according to package instructions.
  • Add chocolate chips to the brownie batter and spread in a greased 9x13 inch pan.
  • Heat peanut butter in microwave for 10-20 seconds or until it is a pourable consistency.
  • Pour the peanut butter over the brownie batter in vertical lines. Drag a toothpick or knife through the peanut butter lines to make swirls of peanut butter through the brownie batter.
  • Press the RITZ crackers into the batter lightly.
  • Bake according to package instructions or until a toothpick stuck into the middle comes out clean.
  • Let cool slightly then cut and enjoy!
