In a large bowl combine the vanilla pudding and the milk whisking until it it smooth. Let it set for 5 minutes.
Add the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk to the pudding and use a mixer to combine everything until it is smooth.
Chop up 1 banana and fol it into the pudding mixture. Gently fold in 2 cups of stabilized whipped cream.
Put the mixture into the bowl you will serve it in and cover with plastic wrap. Let it chil for at least 2 hours.
Garnish with fresh banana sliced before serving.

Stabilized Whipped Cream
In the bowl of a mixer add the heavy cream and whip on high until it forms soft peaks.
Place the water in a mug and sprinkle the gelatin over it. Let it sit for 2-3 minutes until it "blooms" (the gelatin will swell up). Microwave it for 5 seconds at a time until the gelatin is melted.
Add the melted gelatin, the powdered sugar, and the vanilla to the whipped cream and continue mixing it on high until it form stiff peaks.
