Ingredients

  • 1 bottle Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki Marinade
  • 2 cloves Garlic , minced
  • 10 ounces Sirloin steak , thinly sliced
  • 4 ounces Baby Corn
  • 4 Baby Bok Choy , halved
  • ¼ cup Carrot strips
  • ½ Red pepper , diced
  • 4 Green onion diced
  • 4 ounces Snow Peas

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Cut beef into thin strips and combine in a bowl with minced garlic and ½ cup of teriyaki marinade.
  • Spread beef and veggies on a prepared sheet pan.
  • Pour remaining marinade on veggies.
  • Bake for 10 minutes and then flip beef and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  • Serve over rice or noodles.
