Instructions
Roasted Fingerling Potatoes
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Cut the fingerling potatoes in half lengthwise.
Place potato halves in a large bowl and add the olive oil, tossing potatoes until they are coated.
Sprinkle the everything bagel seasoning over the potatoes and toss to fully coat.
Place the potatoes flat side down on a baking sheet.
Put the baking sheet in the oven and roast the potatoes for 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
Serve warm and enjoy!
Everything Bagel Seasoning
Put all ingredients in a container and mix thoroughly. Seal and store until ready to use.
Notes
Note: You will have some extra everything bagel seasoning. Store it in a sealed airtight container with your other spices until you need it again.
