One Pot Three Cheese and Sausage Ziti

This One Pot Three Cheese and Sausage Ziti recipe is made with Parmesan, ricotta, mozzarella cheese, and sausage in a creamy tomato sauce. It is an easy weeknight meal for the whole family.

  • 1 pound Hillshire Farm® Polska Kielbasa diced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 28 ounces Crushed tomatoes
  • 3 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red pepper flakes optional
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 16 ounces Ziti pasta
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • ½ cup Ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese fresh


  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
  • Add Hillshire Farm® Polska Kielbasa and cook until browned, 2-5 minutes.
  • Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  • Add red pepper flakes, tomatoes, chicken broth, salt, and pepper, and bring to a boil.
  • When sauce reaches a boil add pasta and cover pot, reducing heat to a simmer until pasta is cooked al dente, about 15 minutes.
  • When pasta is ready stir in Parmesan cheese Ricotta cheese, and heavy cream.
  • Top with mozzarella, cover and continue to cook until the cheese is melted.
  • Enjoy!
