Pop popcorn according to package directions.

In large saucepan melt butter over low heat.

Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted.

Remove mixture from heat and add popcorn and graham cracker cereal folding them into the marshmallow mixture.

Let the mixture cool for 1-2 minutes then add the M&M'S, folding them in gently.

Once the mixture has cooled enough that you can handle it without burning yourself spray your hands with nonstick cooking spray and begin rolling the mixture into 2 inch balls.

When the balls have cooled completely push a lollipop stick into each one.
