5 cups Frozen peas 1/4 cup Red onion finely diced 4 ounces Cheddar cheese shredded 8 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled 1/4 cup Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons Sour cream 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar ⅛ teaspoon Salt
Put frozen peas into a large bowl and let them sit for 10 minutes to begin to thaw.
