Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Bone-In Pork Chops
  • Apple Pecan Stuffing
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Salt and pepper both sides of the pork chops and make a pocket in each pork chop by cutting into side of chop toward the bone.
  • Fill each chop with 1/2 cup of Apple Pecan Stuffing.
  • Use 2 toothpicks per pork chop to hold chop closed around the stuffing.
  • In a skillet, cook pork over medium heat, turning once, until brown (about 3 minutes per side).
  • Place pork chops in 13x9-inch pan. Bake 20-25 minutes or until pork is slightly pink when cut near bone. Depending on pork chop thickness you may need to add a little time.
  • When done baking remove toothpicks and serve.
