Baked Caprese Dip
This baked caprese dip is made with mozzarella cheese, fresh tomatoes, and leaves of basil all baked until it is bubbly and delicious.

- 1 pint Grape tomatoes cut in half
- 8 ounces Shredded Mozzerella
- 8 ounces Fresh mozzarella cut into cubes
- 8 Basil leaves fresh
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Crostini to serve with it optional
Preheat oven to 400°F
Lightly grease a small casserole dish or 8-inch cast iron skillet.
Layer ingredients into dish or skillet tossing ingredients slightly to mix them together.
Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve immediately with bread or crackers.
