Sloppy Joe Macaroni and Cheese

This Sloppy Joe Macaroni and Cheese recipe is made with organic ingredients for an easy weeknight dinner or a quick lunch.

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes Annie’s Homegrown Organic Grass Fed Shells & Real Aged Cheddar
  • 6 Tbsp Milk
  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 1 can Organic Diced tomatoes
  • 3 Tbsp Organic Tomato Paste
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Fill a saucepan with water and bring to a boil.
  • Add shells and cook until al dente.
  • While the pasta cooks brown the ground turkey. Once cooked through drain grease and return to skillet stirring in the Worcestershire diced tomatoes and tomato paste adding salt and pepper to taste.
  • Once the pasta is cooked drain the pasta.
  • In the sauce pan add the cheese (from the box) and the milk. Stir until combined then add the pasta back to the cheese sauce.
  • Mix ingredients until the pasta is fully coated.
  • Add pasta to the ground turkey mixture and stir together gently.
  • Serve and enjoy!
