No Bake Strawberry Summer Cake
A three layer pound cake stuffed with fluffy whipped topping, sweet strawberries, and topped with a sprinkle of lemon zest.

- 1 Pound Cake
- 1 pint Strawberries feel free to use more!
- 1 container Cool Whip **you can use homemade whipped cream if you prefer. Do not use whipped cream from a can it will deflate too quickly!
- Zest of 1 lemon
Slice pound cake in half.
Add a layer of Cool Whip, a thick layer of sliced strawberries, and another layer of Cool Whip.
Place the top piece of pound cake and top with more Cool Whip and whole strawberries.
Sprinkle with lemon zest.
Enjoy!
