Mexican Sunset Dip
This cheesy dip is filled with spicy chilies and chorizo.
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese
- 8 oz. Mexican Chorizo ground (you can substitute any spicy sausage)
- 4 oz. Green Chilies
- 4 oz. Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 c Pace® Original Salsa
In a skillet over medium high heat cook chorizo.
Drain grease from chorizo and add it back to the pan along with cream cheese, and green chilies.
Place cheese mixture in a 9-inch ceramic pie dish and smooth it out to cover the bottom of the dish.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the cream cheese mixture.
Microwave on high for 2 minutes, or bake at 350°F for 10 minutes, or until cheddar cheese has melted completely.
Top with salsa and serve with chips.
