Crispy, cheesy chicken quesadillas are good for lunch, snack, or dinner. Comfort food at it's best!
- 1 Flour Tortilla
- 2 ounces Grilled chicken cooked and diced
- 1 ounce Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 2 teaspoons Butter
Put half of butter in a pan and heat on medium high until it begins to melt.
Add flour tortilla and on one half of the tortilla sprinkle cheese and chicken.
Cook until cheese begins to melt and then flip the empty side of the tortilla over onto the cheesy side.
Press down and let cook until cheese is completely melted.
Cut and serve!
