Mexican Keto Meatballs
These spicy meatballs are made with Mexican spices, jalapenos and cheddar cheese. Low carb and gluten free!
- 1 pound 80/20 Ground Beef
- 2 tablespoons Cumin
- 2 tablespoons Chili Powder
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 cup Jalapenos finely diced
- 3 ounces Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 Egg
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Roll into 2 inch balls, they will shrink as they bake.
Bake on a baking sheet for 20-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
