Pineapple Jell-O Parfaits

Pineapple Jell-O with some extra tropical flavor from Capri Sun Roarin' Waters makes, this snack a hit with kids.

Ingredients

  • 1 3 oz. box Island Pineapple Jell-O you can substitute any flavor
  • 1 c Capri Sun Roarin' Waters Tropical Fruit
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1 c Water
  • 6 5 oz. Plastic cups

Instructions

  • Add Jell-O mix to 1 cup boiling water, stir until dissolved.
  • Add 1 c cold Capri Sun Roarin' Waters Tropical Fruit
  • Place 6 5 oz. plastic cups in a muffin tin and tilt them to the side. Then fill each cup with Jell-O and place in the refrigerator until firm (at least 2 hours).
  • Remove firm Jell-O from refrigerator and fill the rest of the cup with Cool Whip.
  • Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
