Pina Colada Tropical Fruit Salad is a mix of tropical fruits tossed in a sweet and tangy coconut lime dressing. It is an easy fruit salad that is the perfect side for a potluck!

Ingredients

  • 3 Mangoes peeled and cubed
  • 3 Kiwi peeled and sliced
  • 2 Bananas peeled and sliced
  • 1 Pineapple peeled and cubed
  • 1 Star Fruit sliced
  • 1/2 cup Cream of Coconut
  • 1/3 cup Frozen Limeade Concentrate
  • ¼ cup Water

Instructions

  • In a large bowl combine all of the cut fruit together.
  • In a small bowl combine the cream of coconut, frozen limeade (this should still be frozen and slushy), water. Stir together and pour over fruit salad.
  • Gently toss fruit until it is coated in the sauce.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Note: You can use as much or as little of the cream of coconut and limeade as you like. Start with the ratio given in the recipe and add more limeade or more cream of coconut until you reach the balance you like.
