This delicious Cauliflower Mash is made with cream cheese and butter, and whipped until it is smooth. It's the perfect keto side dish for holidays!

  • 2.5 pounds Cauliflower Rice
  • 3 ounces Cream cheese
  • 1 ounce Butter
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • teaspoon Pepper


  • Place your cauliflower rice in a large pot and fill with enough water to cover the cauliflower. Cover with a lid and cook over medium high heat for approximately 10 minutes.
  • Pour the cauliflower into a fine mesh strainer allowing all of the water to drain out. Press on the cauliflower lightly to remove as much water as possible.
  • Place the cauliflower back in the pot and use the Braun MultiQuick 5 Vario Hand Blender on medium-high speed to puree the cauliflower into a smooth mash.
  • Add butter, cream cheese, salt, and pepper and continue to use the hand blender to puree until it is smooth.
  • Serve warm.
