Ingredients

  • 1 head Cabbage
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan finely grated
  • 1 clove Garlic finely minced
  • ½ teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes
  • ½ teaspoon Kosher Salt

Instructions

  • Cut cabbage into ½ inch thick slices and lay them on a foil-lined baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl mix together the olive oil, garlic, crushed red pepper flakes, Parmesan cheese, and salt.
  • Brush mixture over the cabbage slices lightly coating each side.
  • Bake in 400 degrees F oven for 15 minutes. Flip cabbage slices and continue baking for another 15 minutes.
