  • 2 Russet Potatoes about 12 ounces each
  • ½ tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Salt


  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.
  • Drizzle the oil over the two potatoes and rub it over the skin.
  • Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of salt over each potato coating the outer skin.
  • Place the potatoes in the air fryer side-by-side. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until they are tender enough that a fork pressed into the middle goes in easily.
