2 cups Chocolate graham crackers finely crushed ½ cup Unsalted butter melted 8 ounces Pecan 1 cup Shredded Coconut 14 ounces Sweetened condensed milk 1 cup M&Ms 1 cup Candy Corn
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Prepare a 13x9 inch pan by greasing it with non-stick spray.
In a medium bowl combine the melted butter and finely crushed graham crackers stirring together until the graham cracker crumbs are coated.
Press the graham cracker crumbs into the bottom of the pan packing it down firmly.
Spread the nuts over the crust, followed by a layer of the shredded coconut.
Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the shredded coconut.
Place in the oven and bake for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
Remove from the oven and spread the M&Ms and candy corn over the top of the bars and press them down gently so they stick to the bars.
Let the bars cool completely before cutting and serving. You can chill them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to an hour to help them firm up.
