Make glaze. In a small saucepan combine the orange juice, brown sugar and soy sauce. Bring to a boil and cook liquid until reduced by half.

Cook. Bake the salmon for about 15 minutes, or until the fish is done to your liking. You can flip the oranges over halfway through if they look like they are burning. You will know the salmon is ready when it easily flakes apart with a fork and the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F.
