8.5 ounces Coleslaw mix 2 ounces Red cabbage ¼ cup Red Bell Pepper ¼ cup Yellow Bell Pepper 1 Jalapeno pepper 1/2 cup Ranch dressing ¼ cup Mayonnaise 1 Lime, juiced ½ teaspoon Chili powder 1 tablespoon Cilantro
Ingredients
Combine the veggies. Add all the thinly sliced veggies to a large bowl and give them a quick stir so they are evenly distributed.
Whisk together the dressing ingredients. In a separate bowl, whisk together the ranch dressing, mayo, lime juice and spices.
Toss the dressing with the veggies. Pour the dressing over the veggies and toss it to incorporate it.
