  • 16 oz Lump crab meat
  • 1 c Stove Top stuffing , crushed
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Kraft mayo
  • 1 tbsp Parsley , chopped
  • 3 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 Lemon , juiced


  • In a large bowl combine all of the ingredients except the crab meat.
  • Gently add crab meat to the mixture trying not to break up any lumps of crab.
  • Roll mixture into bite size balls.
  • Lay on a greased cookie sheet.
  • Broil for 7-10 mins until golden brown. Keep a close eye on them, they can burn easily.
