Delicious Party Food - Shrimp Pil Pil Recipe
Our Shrimp Pil-Pil Recipe is a spicy Spanish tapas made with Tabasco, garlic, and olive oil.
Servings 8 servings
- 1 lb Shrimp , large (~30 shrimp)
- 2/3 c Olive oil
- 5 tbsp Butter
- 4 tbsp Tabasco
- 1 tbsp Spanish paprika
- 1 tsp Salt
Mix the olive oil, butter, Tabasco, salt and paprika together.
Place 3-4 shrimp and several slices of garlic in each ramekin.
Pour the sauce in until the shrimp is halfway covered.
Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and put in the oven on broil for 4-5 minutes or until the oil is bubbling and the shrimp is pink.
Remove from oven and serve hot.
