Our Shrimp Pil-Pil Recipe is a spicy Spanish tapas made with Tabasco, garlic, and olive oil.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp , large (~30 shrimp)
  • 2/3 c Olive oil
  • 5 tbsp Butter
  • 4 tbsp Tabasco
  • 1 tbsp Spanish paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Mix the olive oil, butter, Tabasco, salt and paprika together.
  • Place 3-4 shrimp and several slices of garlic in each ramekin.
  • Pour the sauce in until the shrimp is halfway covered.
  • Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and put in the oven on broil for 4-5 minutes or until the oil is bubbling and the shrimp is pink.
  • Remove from oven and serve hot.
