Ingredients

  • 2 c All-purpose flour
  • 1 c Sugar , granulated
  • 1 c Brown sugar , packed
  • 1 c Butter , softened
  • ½ c Vegetable shortening
  • 1 c Peanut butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ c Old-fashioned oats
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 2 c Trail Mix
  • 1 c Semi sweet choc chips
  • 1 c Mini marshmallows

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In electric mixer, beat butter, shortening, sugars, peanut butter, vanilla and eggs on medium speed until creamy.
  • Stir in flour, oats, baking soda and baking powder thoroughly.
  • Stir in trail mix, chocolate chips
  • Stir in marshmallows last.
  • Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls, 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 9 to 10 minutes or until light brown.
  • Let cool for 3 minutes
  • Then remove from cookie sheet and place on wire rack until completed cooled.
  • Place in airtight container
