2 c All-purpose flour 1 c Sugar , granulated 1 c Brown sugar , packed 1 c Butter , softened ½ c Vegetable shortening 1 c Peanut butter 2 Eggs 2 tsp Vanilla extract 1 ½ c Old-fashioned oats 1 tsp Baking powder 1 tsp Baking soda 2 c Trail Mix 1 c Semi sweet choc chips 1 c Mini marshmallows
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In electric mixer, beat butter, shortening, sugars, peanut butter, vanilla and eggs on medium speed until creamy.
Stir in flour, oats, baking soda and baking powder thoroughly.
Stir in trail mix, chocolate chips
Stir in marshmallows last.
Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls, 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 9 to 10 minutes or until light brown.
Let cool for 3 minutes
Then remove from cookie sheet and place on wire rack until completed cooled.
Place in airtight container
