Ingredients

  • 16 ounces BUSH'S Chili Beans Kidney Beans
  • 14.5 ounces Hunt's Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Hunt's Tomato Paste
  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1 Onion large
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground allspice
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 2 teaspoons Brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Water

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium high heat brown the ground beef and onions. Once meat is browned drain grease and return pot to heat.
  2. Add garlic, chili powder, ground allspice, ground cinnamon, cumin, brown sugar, cayenne pepper, salt, unsweetened cocoa, Worcestershire sauce, cider vinegar, and water. Stir to combine.
  3. Bring ingredients to a boil and then reduce heat to a simmer. Cover and let cook for 30 minutes-1 hour.
  4. Once chili is ready serve over spaghetti with cheese and diced onions.
