- 6 cups Coleslaw mix
- 2 Fuji Apple cut into matchsticks
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Honey
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Combine Coleslaw and Fuji apple sticks in a large bowl.
In a separate small bowl combine mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and honey.
Pour over coleslaw and toss until it is thoroughly coated.
Salt and pepper to taste.
