Ingredients

  • 6 cups Coleslaw mix
  • 2 Fuji Apple cut into matchsticks
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Honey
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine Coleslaw and Fuji apple sticks in a large bowl.
  • In a separate small bowl combine mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and honey.
  • Pour over coleslaw and toss until it is thoroughly coated.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
