Ingredients

Baguette

Tbsp
Olive oil
Castello Creamy Blue Cheese or crumble
Pancetta or bacon
cooked
4-5
ripe figs
Honey for drizzle
Instructions
Preheat 375
Cut baguette into ½ inch slices, brush with olive oil on both sides and bake on ungreased baking sheet for 12-15 minutes.
Slice fig and place on top of crostini.
Layer with blue cheese & pancetta.
Drizzle with honey
