Blue Cheese, Fig, and Pancetta Crostini

This Blue Cheese, Fig, and Pancetta Crostini is an easy appetizer recipe with the sharp taste of blue cheese combined with fresh fig and the salty pancetta layered on a toasted baguette.

  • 1 Baguette
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil
  • Castello Creamy Blue Cheese or crumble
  • Pancetta or bacon cooked
  • 4-5 ripe figs
  • Honey for drizzle


  • Preheat 375
  • Cut baguette into ½ inch slices, brush with olive oil on both sides and bake on ungreased baking sheet for 12-15 minutes.
  • Slice fig and place on top of crostini.
  • Layer with blue cheese & pancetta.
  • Drizzle with honey
