Ingredients

  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic minced
  • 3/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon Crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 cup Gruyere cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Smoked Gouda shredded
  • 1 pound Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 10 ounces Marinated Artichoke hearts quartered, drained, squeezed dry, and chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven 350 °F
  • Lightly grease a baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, Italian seasoning, crushed red peppers, and paprika together until well combined.
  • Fold in the Guyere cheese, smoked gouda, cooked bacon crumbles, and artichoke hearts.
  • Spoon the mixture into the baking dish.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted.
