One Pot Shrimp Linguine

Ingredients

  • 1 box Barilla® Pronto™ Linguine
  • 1 lb Shrimp
  • 1 pint Grape Tomatoes
  • 1 c Fresh Basil
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic
  • 1 14.5 oz. can Diced Tomatoes
  • 2 c Spinach
  • 1 c Feta Cheese
  • 2 c Water
  • 2 tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Place Barilla® Pronto™ pasta, fresh tomatoes, diced tomatoes, fresh basil, salt, and 2 cloves of garlic in a large skillet.
  • Add 2 cups of water (or follow instructions on box if you are using less than the whole box).
  • Cook over high heat.
  • After 5 minutes add shrimp and spinach.
  • Continue cooking until all of the liquid is absorbed and the shrimp is fully cooked.
  • Finish with feta cheese and serve.
