In a small bowl combined the chili powder, brown sugar, curry powder, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and cornstarch. Mix together.
Prepare the salmon by removing the skin if there is any, then cut the salmon into 1-2 inch cubes.
Place the cubed salmon in a large bowl. Sprinkle half of the seasoning over the salmon and toss. Then add the remaining seasoning and toss again ensuring that all of the pieces are well coated.
Place half of the salmon in the air fryer basket and spread it out evenly. If you have an extra large air fryer you can add all of the salmon.
Cook at 400 degrees F for 8 minutes.
Repeat with the second half of the salmon if necessary.
Serve immediately or let cool slightly and then store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to a month.
