  • In a small bowl combined the chili powder, brown sugar, curry powder, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and cornstarch. Mix together.
  • Prepare the salmon by removing the skin if there is any, then cut the salmon into 1-2 inch cubes.
  • Place the cubed salmon in a large bowl. Sprinkle half of the seasoning over the salmon and toss. Then add the remaining seasoning and toss again ensuring that all of the pieces are well coated.
  • Place half of the salmon in the air fryer basket and spread it out evenly. If you have an extra large air fryer you can add all of the salmon.
  • Cook at 400 degrees F for 8 minutes.
  • Repeat with the second half of the salmon if necessary.
  • Serve immediately or let cool slightly and then store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to a month.
