In a bowl combine softened cream cheese, whipped chive and onion cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, and chopped cooked bacon.
Stir together until well combined.
Add the mixture to an 8x8 inch baking dish and place in the oven to bake for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes remove from the oven and top with the red pepper jelly.
Use the back of the spoon to spread the jelly evenly over the top of the dip.
