Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Cream cheese softened
  • 8 ounces Whipped chive and onion cream cheese
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 Green onions finely chopped
  • 6 slices Cooked bacon finely chopped
  • 1 cup Hot Pepper Jelly also called red pepper jelly

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a bowl combine softened cream cheese, whipped chive and onion cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, and chopped cooked bacon.
  • Stir together until well combined.
  • Add the mixture to an 8x8 inch baking dish and place in the oven to bake for 20 minutes.
  • After 20 minutes remove from the oven and top with the red pepper jelly.
  • Use the back of the spoon to spread the jelly evenly over the top of the dip.
  • Serve warm with bread, cracker, and/or veggies.
