Ingredients

  • 16 ounce wheel of Brie
  • 1/4 cup Golden Raisins
  • 1/4 cup Dried Apricots
  • 1/2 cup Dried Cranberries
  • 1/2 cup Pistachios lightly crushed
  • 5 tablespoons Honey

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Place brie on a baking sheet lined with a piece of parchment paper (just in case it leaks). Use a knife to score the top of the brie in a crosshatch pattern (this helps the honey seep into the cheese).
  • Drizzle 3 tablespoons of honey over the cheese.
  • When the oven reaches 350°F place brie in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
  • In a small bowl combine the dried fruit, pistachios, and 1 tablespoon of honey and stir together.
  • When the cheese has finished baking remove it from the oven and top with the fruit, nuts, and honey, and drizzle remaining honey on top.
  • Serve warm with bread, crackers, and fresh fruit.
