Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Farfalle Bow tie Pasta
  • 2 heads Romaine Lettuce finely chopped
  • 4 ounces Shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 5 ounces Croutons roughly crushed

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions. Carefully pour cooked pasta into a strainer and rinse with cold water until cool. Drain well. Place in bowl, cover and chill in the refrigerator until fully chilled.
  • Place the pasta in a large bowl along with the chopped lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing. Toss together until well combined.
  • Add the roughly crushed croutons and toss well.
  • Serve cool with a little extra Parmesan on top.
