Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 8 ounces White Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Chopped Dried cranberries divided
  • 4 tablespoons Finely chopped chives divided
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 cup Walnuts roughly chopped

Instructions

  • Place cream cheese, white cheddar cheese, ¼ cup chopped dried cranberries, chives, garlic powder, and ¼ cup finely chopped walnuts in a large bowl or the bowl of your stand mixer and mix together until all ingredients are fully combined.
  • Scrape the mixture from the bowl and form into a ball.
  • In a small bowl combine the remaining chopped walnuts and dried cranberries. Toss together until well mixed.
  • Roll the cheese ball in the chopped walnuts and cranberries until it is fully covered.
  • Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator to chill for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  • Serve with vegetables and crackers.
