Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked and cooled white rice
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Chili crisp
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and a line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl combine sesame oil, chili crisp, and soy sauce.
  • Add rice to a large bowl and pour the soy sauce mixture over the rice. Gently ross together until well mixed.
  • Spoon the rice onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out into an even layer.
  • Place in the oven and bake for 30-35, making sure to stir the rice around every 15 minutes to help it crisp.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool.
