Ingredients

  • 20 ounces Fresh spinach chopped
  • 28 ounces Artichoke hearts chopped
  • 8 cloves Garlic finely minced
  • 16 ounces Sour cream
  • 16 ounces Cream cheese
  • 1.5 cups Grated fresh Parmesan
  • 2.5 cups Shredded mozzarella
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a large crockpot.
  • Cover and cook on High for 1.5 - 2 hours or Low for 3-4 hours. Stir occasionally.
  • Once everything is heated through and the cheese is fully melted, give it one more good stir and serve with chips, crackers, bread, or veggies.
