Ingredients

  • 2 Avocados
  • 2 large Cucumber
  • 4 large Tomatoes
  • ½ Red Onion
  • ¼ cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 3 tablespoons Lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon Salt plus more to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper plus more to taste

Instructions

  • Cut the vegetables into bite sized pieces.
