In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine the cream cheese and buffalo sauce. Microwave for 30 seconds and stir together. Continue to microwave and stir for 15-30 seconds at a time until the cream cheese is fully melted.
Add the Ranch dressing to the cream cheese mixture and stir.
Place the shredded chicken in a large bowl and pour the cream cheese mixture over it. Toss chicken until well coated.
Spread a layer of chips on a baking sheet.
Sprinkle 4 ounces of shredded cheddar cheese over the chips.
Layer the shredded rotisserie chicken on top of the chips.
Top with more chips and the remaining 4 ounces of cheddar cheese and jalapenos if you are using them.
Place in oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is fully melted.
Remove from oven and top with a drizzle of ranch dressing and your favorite nacho toppings.
