Ingredients

  • 30 ounces Canned Corn well drained
  • 1 Red bell pepper finely diced
  • 1 Jalapeno finely diced
  • ½ cup Finely chopped cilantro
  • 8 ounces Mexican cheese blend
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 9.25 ounce Bag Chili Cheese Fritos

Instructions

  • In a large bowl combine corn, bell pepper, jalapeno, cilantro, cheese, mayonnaise, and chili powder. Gently fold all ingredients together until well mixed.
  • Add the whole bag of Fritos to the bowl and gently fold them into the mixture until well mixed.
  • Serve immediately.
