Ingredients

  • 4 ounces Ham
  • 4 ounces Pepperoni
  • 4 ounces Salami
  • 4 ounces Provolone cheese
  • 1 head Iceberg lettuce
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 1 ounce Banana Peppers
  • ¾ cup Mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 ounce Hoagie Spread also called Hot pepper relish or Hots

Instructions

  • Finely dice the ham, pepperoni, salami, and provolone cheese. Cut your tomato in half and use a spoon to remove the pulp and seeds. This helps to eliminate extra liquid. Finely dice the tomato, iceberg lettuce, and banana peppers. Place in a large bowl.
  • In a separate bowl combine the mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, olive oil, Italian seasoning, and hoagie spread. Stir together to make your dressing.
  • Pour the dressing over the finely diced meat, cheese, and vegetables. Use a parge spoon to gently fold the mixture together until everything is well mixed and coated in dressing.
  • Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve. This dip gets better as it marinates. Make up to 24 hours ahead of your event!
