Finely dice the ham, pepperoni, salami, and provolone cheese. Cut your tomato in half and use a spoon to remove the pulp and seeds. This helps to eliminate extra liquid. Finely dice the tomato, iceberg lettuce, and banana peppers. Place in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl combine the mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, olive oil, Italian seasoning, and hoagie spread. Stir together to make your dressing.
Pour the dressing over the finely diced meat, cheese, and vegetables. Use a parge spoon to gently fold the mixture together until everything is well mixed and coated in dressing.
Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve. This dip gets better as it marinates. Make up to 24 hours ahead of your event!
