Lasagna Garlic Bread

Garlic Bread Lasagna made with Texas toast is an easy, cheesy weeknight dinner loaded with meat sauce and melty mozzarella.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cups Marinara Sauce
  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef to the hot pan and cook for 3-5 minutes. Drain any excess oil.
  • Add the Italian seasoning, salt, and marinara to the ground beef and cook over medium heat for approximately 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Place Texas toast on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes, carefully remove the baking sheet from the oven and flip each piece of toast.
  • Portion out the meat sauce, adding equal amounts to each piece of garlic bread.
  • Spoon 2 tablespoons of cottage cheese onto each piece of toast.
  • Top each piece of garlic bread with ¼ cup of mozzarella cheese.
  • Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese over each piece of Texas toast.
  • Place back in the oven and continue to bake for 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted.
  • Serve hot.
