Nashville Hot Chicken Dip

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Shredded chicken
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese room temperature
  • 1.5 cups Nashville Hot Chicken sauce
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 2 ounces Finely diced dill pickles
  • 2 tablespoons Dill pickle juice
  • 6 ounces Shredded Mozzarella
  • 2 ounces Shredded Cheddar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a large bowl combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, Nashville Hot sauce, sour cream, diced pickles, pickle juice, and shredded mozzarella cheese. Stir together until well combined.
  • Spread the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
  • Place in the oven to bake for 20 minutes.
  • After 20 minutes uncover the dish and sprinkle 2 ounces of cheddar cheese over the top. Place back in the oven to continue to bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese on top is melted and bubbling.
  • Remove from the oven and top with a few dill pickles and a drizzle of Nashville Hot Chicken sauce.
  • Serve hot.
