Ingredients

  • 4 ounces Salmon Bites
  • 1/2 cup Crispy rice
  • 4 ounces Edamame
  • 1 Carrot shredded
  • 1 cup Sliced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Chili crisp
  • 1 teaspoon Finely minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 Scallion thinly sliced

Instructions

  • In a small bowl combine the soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili crisp, finely minced garlic, sesame oil, and half of the thinly sliced scallion. Whisk together to make the dressing.
  • In a medium bowl combine the crispy rice, salmon bites, edamame, shredded carrot, and sliced cucumber.
  • Pour the dressing over everything in the bowl and toss together.
  • Serve immediately.
