Stuffed Pepperoncinis

Stuffed pepperoncinis with pepperoni, cream cheese, jalapeño, and hot honey are an easy air fryer appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 10 Whole Pepperoncinis
  • 10 large Pepperoni slices
  • 2 ounces Cream cheese
  • 10 Jalapeno slices
  • 1 tablespoon Hot Honey

Instructions

  • Cut the cap off each pepperoncini, then carefully remove the seeds and pour out any juice from inside. Pat the pepperoncinis dry with a paper towel.
  • Gently spread a small amount of cream cheese (approximately ½ teaspoon) on to each pepperoni.
  • Place a jalapeno slice on top of the cream cheese, then wrap the pepperoni around it. Creating a cone shape.
  • Carefully stuff the pepperoni-wrapped cream cheese and jalapeno into the hollowed-out pepperoncini.
  • Place the stuffed pepperoncinis in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 400 degrees F for 5 minutes.
  • Drizzle with hot honey before serving.
