Prepare cheese. Cut the Velveeta cheese into 1 inch cubes.
Put it all together. Place the cubed cheese in a microwave-safe bowl and pour the undrained can of Rotel tomatoes over it.
Cook. Microwave the cheese and Rotel mixture on high for 5 minutes, then stop and stir the dip.
Continue to microwave the dip for 1-2 minutes at a time, stirring in between, until the cheese is fully melted.
Serve. Serve the Rotel dip immediately with chips.
