  • 5 cups Frozen peas
  • 1/4 cup Red onion finely diced
  • 4 ounces Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 8 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • teaspoon Salt


  • Put frozen peas into a large bowl and let them sit for 10 minutes to begin to thaw.
  • Add red onion, cheddar cheese, and bacon.
  • Make the dressing by combining mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, and salt in small bowl.
  • Pour dressing over the peas and toss everything together gently.
  • Enjoy!
