Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray an 8-inch square baking pan with cooking spray, and line the bottom and sides with parchment paper.
Add graham cracker crumbs and melted butter to a bowl and stir together with a form until well combined.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and use your fingers or the back of a spoon to evenly press it into the bottom of the pan.
Sprinkle chocolate chips and butterscotch chips over the graham cracker crust.
Next, sprinkle the sweetened coconut flakes over the chocolate chip layer.
Top with the chopped pecans.
Slowly pour the sweetened condensed milk over everything, creating an even layer that covers all of the ingredients.
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes or until the edges begin to brown.
Remove from oven and cool completely in the dish. For the best results, place in the refrigerator and chill for 1 hour before removing the cooking from the dish, cutting into 16 squares before serving.
