In a bowl combine the ground beef, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
Place the street taco flour tortillas on a flat surface and spread approximately 2 ounces of meat over each one. Use a spoon to pres the meat into the tortilla and spread it to the edge of the tortilla.
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat and light spray with non-stick spray or add a small amount of oil to keep the beef from sticking.
When the skillet is hot place 2-3 tortillas in the pan with the meat side down. Cook for approximately 2 minutes or until meat is cooked through.
Flip the tortilla and place a slice of cheese on the meat. Continue to cook for 2 minutes or until the tortilla is toasted and brown.
Remove the smashed taco and set on a plate while you continue to cook the remaining tacos.
